The Octagon Center for the Arts has announced textile artist Jean M. Judd of Cushing, Wisconsin as one of the artists selected for inclusion in the 47th All Media 2015 Art exhibition. The exhibition is open to all media and methods including but not limited to: clay, fiber, paper, glass, metal, wood, painting, collage, photography, and jewelry. Artwork selected for inclusion in the exhibit includes: Rusted Lace #2.
Exhibit juror Pauline Verbeek-Cowart, Department Chair of the Fiber department and Professor at the Kansas City Art Institute, has selected 65 artworks from a submission pool of 323 artworks. The exhibit opens on January 23, 2015 and is open through April 4, 2015.
The opening reception and awards presentation is on January 23, 2015 from 5:30 to 7:30pm. The address for the exhibition is:
