Textile artist Jean M. Judd of Cushing, Wisconsin has been selected for inclusion in the Pinnacle 2011 National Juried Art Competition at the Foster Tanner Fine Arts Gallery in Tallahassee, Florida. Artwork selected for inclusion in the exhibit include: Scribble #1 (Dream Weaver - above).
This exhibit was open to artists residing in United States, working in 2 and 3-dimensional mediums. Forty five artworks were selected from a pool of 203 submissions by exhibit juror Chucha Barber, Chief Executive Officer of the Mary Brogan Museum of Art and Science.
The exhibition opens on August 29, 2011 and is open through September 30, 2011. The artist reception and awards presentation is on September 2, 2011 from 6 to 8pm.
